SHIPPING
MINGO collaborates with various distributors to deliver your package. Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Please note that delivery times may be longer during promotional campaigns. Please note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a Track and Trace code to follow your package. Shipping costs for the Netherlands, the EU, and worldwide are as follows:
- Netherlands, Belgium & Germany: € 3.95 per order.
- Japan: € 24.95 (for order under €150), € 34.95 (or order above €150)
- European Union: € 12.95 per order.
- Worldwide (outside the EU): € 24.95 per order.
Please note: You may be subject to import duties and/or taxes once your package reaches your country. We cannot advise on the exact amount of import duties and taxes as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs.
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it or part of it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note: items with a discount of 60% or more cannot be returned.
The items you wish to return must have all original labels and original packaging and be in their original condition. Include your name and order number with the return.

Upon receipt of your return package, the purchase amount of the returned items will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible (within 14 days). We will send you an email once your return has been processed and the refund has been issued. If you return the complete order, you will also receive the initial shipping costs back, if applicable.
The return shipping costs are at your own expense. Keep the Track and Trace code of your return shipment safe.
The return package must reach our warehouse within 14 days of receiving your order. Packages received after these 14 days will not be accepted.
For consumers outside the EU: make sure to mark the parcel as 'returned commercial sample' and include the invoice you received from us. Otherwise, customs duties will be charged to MINGO, which we will then charge to you.
