SHIPPING

MINGO works with different distributors for the distribution of your parcel. Orders placed before 14:00 CEST on a business day, will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped the next business day. Please note that during periods of promotional campagnes, delivery times may be longer than usual.

You will receive a Track and Trace code as soon as your order has left our warehouse with which you can follow your parcel every step of its way. 

The costs for shipping the items you have chosen are free of charge for orders within the Netherlands above € 75,00 and EU above € 100,00. Orders that are placed outside the EU will be shipped free of charge above € 150,00. 

Otherwise the shipping costs are € 3,95 for the Netherlands.
Belgium & Germany: the costs for sending are € 6,95 per order.
European Union: the costs for sending are € 9,95 per order.
World (outside the EU): the costs for sending are € 24,95 per order. 

Please be aware of paying import duties and / or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. We are unable to advise you about the exact amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by your local customs. 

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return your order or a part of it within 14 days after receiving your order. 

The item(s) you want to return needs to have all the original labels and orginal packaging and will not be accepted if the item is no longer in it's original state.

Please return your item(s) accompanied by the return form you received with your package. Make sure to fill in the entire form.

After receiving your return package, the amount of the purchase of the returned items will be transferred to your bank account as soon as possible (within 14 days). We will send you an email once your return has been processes and the refund has been transferred. If your complete order is returned, you will also receive (when applicable) the inital sendingcosts from us.

The shippingcosts for the return are at your expense.

Please keep an hold on your track and trace code of your return shipment.

The return package needs to be in our warehouse within 14 days after you have received your order. Packages that are received after these 14 days will not be accepted.


For residents outside the EU: make sure you mark the box as ´return commercial sample´ and don’t forget to add the invoice you received from us, otherwise MINGO will be charged with customs duties, which we will then charge to you.
